A 3 day wedding on the Isle of Islay . We welcomed guests on the Island with a seafood banquet , inspired by one of the couple's favourite restaurants Balthazar - we also treated guests to a whisky tasting of some of the finest from our groom's extensive collection. The wedding day ceremony and reception was held at the couple's property Islay House , and guests were treated to a Sunday BBQ and Clay Pigeon shooting. The dress code was country attire and Panama hats with the couples names and wedding date inscribed inside were given as favours - a nod to the Bride's Ecuadorian heritage. (Fun fact, Panama hats are from Ecuador not Panama).
