Our initial meeting will always begin with a conversation that is usually less about the wedding itself but more about your lives and what brings you joy – from your favourite restaurants, to your travel hotspots. All these tiny snippets of information make up the tapestry of your relationship and the way it deserves to be celebrated, and we’ll use them to inform how we proceed with the design and planning of your event. It really is all in the details!

At this stage we’d just need to know a few details about your wedding such as the date, venue (if you have one, don’t worry if you’ve not found the perfect place for your celebration yet, we can take care of that for you!), number of guests you’re expecting and your budget.
STEP ONE
We’ll arrange a video or a phone call to get to know you, to find out what makes you tick, and any ideas you have for your event. We will take this information and create a proposal for you, which will be the basis of our quotation, you will receive this within a few days following the call.
STEP two
When you say ‘Yes’ to Full Wedding Planning with ByChenai Events and your deposit is received, we dive straight into developing the concept from the proposal. This is where you sit back whilst we pull the best supplier team together to deliver your perfect wedding celebration.
