ByChenai Wedding Day Management , also known as wedding day coordination, is a service ideal for those couples who have confidently planned the day of their dreams , sourced their suppliers, and just need help in the final few weeks. Wedding Day Management support is the perfect way to ensure the execution and delivery of the day you have worked so hard for, especially if you have a dry hire venue or marquee that requires detailed setup and transformation. Chenai or one of her professional coordinators will start working with you 4 weeks prior to the wedding day and expertly manage your event, allowing you to relax and concentrate on letting your hair down.
Wedding Day Management
Investment: From £2500 for weddings of up to 200 guests.
For weddings with larger guest numbers, the service starts at £3500.
Creation of a wedding timeline which will serve as the basis of how the day is managed.
Site visit and consultation with Chenai or one of her expert coordinators to walk through every detail of the wedding.
Complete management of all suppliers and vendors on the day
(photographer, florists, caterers, videographer, transport providers, hair and make up etc).
Ceremony and reception set up with a discreet and subtle presence to ensure the order of events flows naturally.
On the day support and management.
